CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card will be required for appointment reservation.  If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged for 50% of the service.  A no show will result in 100% charge of the service.  Arriving late to an appointment may require us to shorten the length of treatment or reschedule so that our guest are not inconvenienced. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours will result in an automatic charge of 25% of the service to your credit card. We have multiple ways to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
